Easter Jeep Safari 2009

      We had about nine members out for the safari at different times during the week.  We didn't really get a "club run" together, but had a few members on the same trails.  Perry led Hellroaring Rim on Wednesday and Alan& Kim , Lee, and Randy were along for the ride.
      The rest of the week saw Bob & Doris, Carl & Heather and the kids, Luke & Amanda, and Dave Shannon along with some of his Creeper Jeeper Gang from Durango.   The weather decided to give us a little bit of everything it had to offer. Had rain the first Friday, then snow on Saturday, mud on Sunday and Monday, then a little more rain and then on Wednesday, someone left the window open and the wind came through with a vengeance. Then some more rain and finally on Easter Sunday, the skies were clear and blue and the weather was perfect. Perry and Alan & Kim tackled the Moab Rim and also did a little hiking and you couldn't have asked for a better day.
